Relay License Agreement

This is an agreement between you and Relay’s developer (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the Relay Mac app.

1. License grant

The Task Notch features of Relay (timers, tasks, notch display) are free to use permanently.

Relay Pro (media controls, brightness/volume/AirPods/charging indicators, Claude Code and Codex AI usage tracking) requires a one-time purchase.

Buying Relay Pro once grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license that does not expire — there is no subscription and no renewal.

Your license key may be active on up to 2 Macs at the same time. To move it to a third, use the Deactivate option in Settings on a Mac you no longer use, which frees that activation slot.

2. What you may not do

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or share your license key with anyone outside your own use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass Relay’s licensing checks.

3. Ownership

Relay, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by its developer. This agreement gives you a license to use the app — it does not transfer any ownership to you.

4. Payment and refunds

Purchases are one-time and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. See the Refund Policy for what is and isn’t refundable.

5. No warranty

Relay is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee Relay will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every macOS version or hardware configuration.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Relay. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for Relay Pro.

7. Termination

We may revoke a license obtained through fraud, chargeback, or violation of this agreement. Ending this agreement does not entitle you to a refund beyond what the Refund Policy already covers.

8. Changes to this agreement

If these terms change, the update will be reflected here with a new date below.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Indonesia, where Relay’s developer is based.
