Relay Refund Policy

Relay Pro is a one-time purchase of $15.99 USD (promo codes may apply a discount at checkout). There is no subscription and nothing recurring — you will never be charged again.

Don’t recognise a charge from “LEMSQZY”?

That’s us, and it’s not fraud. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record, so the charge appears on your statement as LEMSQZY* followed by our store name — not as “Relay”.

You can look up any purchase at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders using the email address you paid with. It will show you exactly what was bought and from whom.

Refunds

Relay Pro purchases are billed and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. They hold the funds and their refund policy governs what gets approved — we don’t process payments or refunds directly.

Within 14 days of purchase, we’ll back a full refund request with no pushback, and pass it to Lemon Squeezy to process on our behalf.

Relay’s Task Notch tier is free forever, so you can try Relay on your own Mac before paying anything, and every paid feature is documented on the Relay website.

To request one: message us on Discord with the email address used at checkout, and we’ll submit it to Lemon Squeezy right away.

Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and Relay reverts to the free Task Notch tier. Your tasks, settings, and preferences are kept.

After 14 days

Requests outside the window are reviewed case by case, at Lemon Squeezy’s discretion as merchant of record — for example a duplicate or accidental charge, an activation failure on our end, or where local law requires one.

Chargebacks

A bank dispute is filed against Lemon Squeezy, not us, since they’re the merchant of record — and it takes longer to resolve than requesting a refund directly. Contact us on Discord first so we can get it submitted to Lemon Squeezy right away.
